Cory proposed to Kristen on December 27th, 2008 at the Oregon Zoo on a snowy day in front of the giraffe paddock (giraffes are kinda their thing).
And after waiting a super long time for Cory's brother to get home from an LDS mission they were married on July 10th, 2009.
They have had quite the adventure together. Kristen graduated from BYU in April of 2011 with a BA in English language and a minor in editing. She is now just waiting for Cory to finish undergraduate work so they can start the veterinary school adventure, and move out of Utah.
